This adaptagen Ayervedic herb I use for stress. It is made with roots grown in our gardens. I use the Susan Weed method of making tinctures as taught to me in a workshop here. I grow and use my own tinctures. Always research herb use and get the advice of your DR and or Herbalist. About 15 years ago I started planting many medicinal herbs in order to keep myself healthy and know exactly what was in my foods and medicine.
