I have been told by friends I have the best catnip as testified by their cats. My cats live outside around it all the time …lucky cats. One pound of the fresh herb dries down to one ounce after drying and removing the stems. I use a dehydrator for the best quality. Stores best in paper bag (included ). Folk lore says it helps colicky babies and many use it as a tea to help relax and sleep. My gardens have been chemical free for 40 years.
