Elder Flower Tincture

Description

I grow Elderberry in our garden and hand harvest the flowers and berries. I use the traditional method to make my tinctures. I love elderberries. I make wine with the berries and will try making a cordial with the flowers one day. I like using this tincture for when cold and flu season comes around or take it when I am traveling to add to teas. I advise researching herbs on line or in the library and consulting an herbalist on their use.
