Fresh, spring harvested, dried nettle leaf from my gardens. One # fresh after drying is 1 oz for teas or cooking. I use my dehydrator to dry my herbs on an herb setting for the best quality. One pound of herb is all that the dehydrator will hold and it takes a day to dry and is then hand stripped from the stems and packed . One# after drying and removing stems weighs 1 oz. My herbs are naturalized here in my gardens that have not had any commercial manures or chemicals used in over 40 years. The gardens are managed with organic /biodynamic methods. This herb is great for teas or cooking . It’s very nourishing. Store dried herbs in a glass jar in a dark place.
