Bay leaves from our bay tree grown in my homemade, biodynamic compost. Thirty leaves fresh ,fragrant, and large. I keep my Bay tree, now about 10 years old, in a tub in the greenhouse. The leaves are freshly dried, a nice green, and much fresher than anything available on the market. I harvest the leaves and take cuttings to root so I can offer trees as well. They make great house plants. I love to use the leaves in soups and stews. They have medicinal benefits as well. I recently read that they also deter roaches in the kitchen.
