Eygyptian Walking Onions

Description

Heirloom onions are also called top setting onions. They provide green onions nearly year round, easy to grow. Sets or young plants. Old rare onion found in historic gardens. Very hardy and productive. Bears green onions in the spring then has a flowering stalk that forms small bulbs that then fall over and sprout thus “Walking Onions.” The crushed leaves have a wonderful aroma. All of our plants are shipped bare root.
